Slowly

Like the tortoise in the race with the Rabbit, I'm moving, but slowly. Who's to say that I'm going to lose this race? No one knows but God. I've been thinking, a little bit too much lately. Everyone is so different, and to say that one person is better than another is really a lie. Everyone, goes at a different rate. That's the way God planned it. Take schools for instance, what one student can do in a day, may take another student 3 weeks. Or It could take one student 4 years of highschool, and another only 3. EVERYONE IS different.

Please leave some comments, I need ideas..

Um, what kind of ideas are looking for, Ashlee?

So true. I think the thing that people forget is that life isn't a competition. And when we are really good at one thing, there is going to be something else we are really bad at. We are all different, but I think we all need to find a balance in ourselves, forgetting how our differences look in relation to others. Just accepting that they are.

I'm with you on the thinking too much issue. I think this happens a lot when we are frustrated with the pace our life is at at a particular point. I know that when everything is going smoothly I tend not to think as much as when my life seems to be gridlocked. The good thing is that we need this time to recoup - come to grips with previous movement and get ready for the journey ahead. I like to think of them as metaphorical pit stops - refuel, repair, rev your engines, and we're back in the race.

So where is it you think you're heading?

I'm not looking for any ideas in particular, just something to write about. I can write about anything, but getting to the point of actually figuring something out to write about is where I get stuck................
My thinking is just thinking in general and it tends to get out of hand pretty much all the time.. lol

I have lots of ideas but most of them will either get me arrested or (as usual) my face slapped
